Our place is tucked away in the Marol Co-Op Industrial Estate. If you know the M.V. Road area in Andheri, you know it’s always packed with people and vehicles. We’re in unit 51 (3), and it’s a typical industrial setup. There’s always the sound of machinery in the background and that specific smell of warm plastic that you get in these kinds of factories. We spend most of our time looking at molds and checking if the machines are running right. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of the production cycles. The office part is just a small corner with some desks and old filing cabinets. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years now. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s what we do. The industrial estate is a bit of a maze, so sometimes new drivers get lost trying to find our door. We’ve had to give directions over the phone more times than I can count. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. There’s always a pile of pallets waiting to be loaded. It’s a lot of repetitive work, honestly, but we take it seriously. We don’t have any big corporate speeches. We just show up at the estate and get to it, day after day, making sure the production line keeps moving as it should.
