Starling Solar Pvt Ltd is located in the D Wing of the Kailash Industrial Complex. We are up on the second floor in unit 205. The complex is tucked away near the Hiranandani area on Link Road in Vikhroli West. If you know Mumbai, you know how the traffic can be on the Link Road, so getting here in the mornings is always an adventure. The industrial complex itself is a huge maze of different businesses, and it took most of us a few days to stop getting lost when we first started. Our office is a simple setup. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some shelving for all the technical manuals we keep around. It’s not a high-end corporate suite; it’s more of a place where people wear comfortable clothes and focus on their tasks. We have a small pantry where we make tea and talk about the weekend. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve seen a lot of hard work over the years. Being in Vikhroli means we’re surrounded by a lot of other industrial and commercial energy, which suits us just fine. We just go about our business, answering emails and fixing problems as they come up. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we try to keep things moving forward without making too much of a fuss about it. We’re just glad to have a steady place to work.
