Stafi Engineers Pvt Ltd is situated at D-1/25 in the MIDC area of Ambad, right across from the Xlo-Gwb place. This part of town is all factories and workshops, so there is a lot of dust and the constant sound of metal hitting metal. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building where we keep our machines and tools. We do a lot of engineering work that involves a lot of sweat and heavy lifting. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stories about what we do. We just take the orders, look at the requirements, and start the machines. It gets quite loud during the day, so we mostly use hand signals or just yell to be heard. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the quirks of every piece of equipment we own. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our clothes are usually stained with grease and we spend our breaks sitting on crates outside to get some fresh air. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s honest work. We just focus on finishing the jobs on time and making sure the parts are right before they leave the shop. That is all there is to it.
