St Johns Auditorium

This hall is tucked away in Borivali East. We are right behind the Broadway Cinema, so it's not hard to find if you know where the theater is. Ekta World Tower is the big landmark nearby. We handle all sorts of things here. School plays, local meetings, and sometimes weddings. It is a big room with chairs and a stage. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for quite some time. The walls have seen a lot of events. We keep the place clean, or try to. The acoustics are alright for what it is. If you're looking for a spot to gather a few hundred people, we have the space. It gets a bit hectic when a show is ending and everyone is trying to leave the parking area at once. That's just how it goes in this neighborhood. We don’t have fancy carpets or gold statues. It is a practical space for practical things. The lighting works fine. We usually have someone on site to help with the keys and the fans. Borivali is a busy place, so we stay fairly occupied. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just providing a room for the community to use. It works for most folks who live around here and need a stage for an afternoon. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but we keep them running so it stays cool enough. We don't spend money on advertising. People just know we are here behind the cinema. It’s a simple setup for the locals.
