St Elizabeth 'S Hospital

St Elizabeth 'S Hospital is located on J Mehta Road, right in the Malabar Hill area. It is a busy place, as you can probably guess. Hospitals always are. We have doctors and nurses moving through the halls at all hours of the day and night. It is not like those clean, quiet scenes you see on television shows. There is always the sound of rolling carts or someone talking on a pager in the distance. We have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. People come here when they are not feeling well or when something happens and they need a doctor quickly. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, though it can get quite hectic when the waiting room fills up. The building has its own little quirks, like any older place on Malabar Hill. We focus on the patients and making sure they get what they need while they are here. There is a lot of cleaning and organizing that goes on behind the scenes that most people never see. The staff eats their meals in the little canteen when they finally get a break. It is a place where real life happens, with all the stress and the relief that comes with it. We do not have fancy brochures about our philosophy. We just show up for our shifts and help the people who walk through the doors.
