Our unit is A-209 in the Bharat Industrial Estate, which is over in Bhandup West. It’s on M T Street, and a good way to find us is to look for the Hind Rectifier Company right opposite. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always a lot of activity, with trucks loading and unloading all day. We’re traders, so our space is mostly filled with boxes and goods that are coming in or waiting to be sent out. It’s not a retail shop where you’d walk in to browse; it’s more of a hub for moving products. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking invoices. The estate can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren’t used to it, but once you find A-209, you’ll see us working away. Bhandup has a lot of these industrial pockets, and we’ve been in this one for a while. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. We don't bother with fancy decor because that's not what we're about. We just focus on getting the right goods to the right people on time. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things difficult in the estate, but we manage to keep everything dry and moving. It’s a busy, practical life here in Bharat Industrial Estate, and we’re just one of the many businesses making sure trading keeps going in this part of Mumbai.
