Spinks India P Ltd

You can find us over at B/342 in the Oshiwara Industrial Center. It’s a big, grey building in New Goregaon West, and our section is right near the Ratna Nagar Society. The industrial center is a loud place with a lot of different businesses all working at once, so there is always the sound of machinery or people moving crates in the hallways. Spinks India P Ltd has been here for a while, and the office has that worn-in feeling of a place where a lot of work gets done. We aren't tucked away in some shiny glass tower. Instead, we’re right in the middle of the industrial grit. The lift in the building is often slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Inside, it’s mostly desks and samples of the stuff we handle. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to the guys in the warehouse area. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our door if you don't know the way. The neighborhood around Ratna Nagar is a mix of homes and small shops, so there’s a real community feel once you step outside the industrial gates. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s a very practical, hardworking environment where everyone just focuses on their own tasks and tries to keep things organized. It is not always perfect, and the phone rings more than we can handle sometimes, but we get through the day.
