Spine Clinic

You can find our clinic in Vile Parle East, right on Nehru Road. We are on the first floor of the B Wing in the Brij Bhoomi Apartments. It’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a cold medical facility. Being in Vile Parle, we get a lot of local residents who just walk over for their appointments. Nehru Road is always busy with people heading towards the station or the shops, so there is never a dull moment outside. The apartment we use for the clinic has been modified a bit to make room for the treatment tables and the waiting area. We kept some of the original flooring because it’s sturdy and easy to maintain. The kitchen area of the flat is where we keep our records and have our lunch breaks. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes if three or four people arrive at once, but everyone is usually patient about it. We have a few plants on the windowsill that we try to keep alive, though the Mumbai heat makes it a challenge. Most of our work involves helping people with their back pain or neck stiffness, nothing too fancy. We don't use big words or try to sell people things they don't need. We just talk to them like neighbors. The Brij Bhoomi building is well-known in the area, so we don't usually have to give long directions over the phone.
