Spes Unicorn Technology Llp is located in Dahisar East, specifically in the Pavitra CHS building. We are in unit E 12, over in the Ovari Pada area. It’s a typical residential society setup, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood business. We have been here for some time and have gotten to know the people around the building. Dahisar can be quite a trek if you’re coming from the south, but for us, it’s home base. The office is simple and functional without any unnecessary frills. We aren’t the type of company to have big boardrooms or expensive coffee machines. We just have our workstations and a place to sit and talk. The atmosphere is pretty casual, and we often just wear whatever is comfortable for the day. Being in a CHS means we have to follow the society rules, which keeps things orderly. We mostly focus on our tech work and try to stay out of the way of the residents. It’s a honest way to earn a living and we appreciate the quiet environment of Dahisar East. Sometimes we go out for a walk during lunch to clear our heads. It’s just a normal workplace with people who care about doing their jobs right without making a big scene about it. We’ve had to fix our own plumbing and paint our own walls, but it makes the place feel more like ours in the 400068 zip area.
