Speed Pack Machines is based in the Ansa Industrial Estate in Sakinaka. Our unit is E-9, right off Saki Vihar Road in Andheri East. If you’ve ever been to Sakinaka, you know it’s one of the busiest places in Mumbai. There is always something happening, and the traffic on Saki Vihar Road is legendary. We’ve been in this estate for quite a while now. The space is filled with packing machines, spare parts, and tools. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to use every inch of floor space. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny lobby. When you walk into E-9, you’re basically walking right into the middle of the work. There might be someone welding in one corner and someone else testing a conveyor belt in another. We make machines that help other companies package their goods. It’s noisy and there’s usually a bit of oil on the floor, but that’s a real workshop for you. Our team is local. Most of us take the metro or the bus to get here. We don't put on airs or use fancy business jargon. We just talk about gears, motors, and timings. It’s a practical business. We’ve had some of the same customers for years because we just tell it like it is and fix things when they break. It’s a tough area to work in because of the heat and the crowds, but we like the energy of Sakinaka.
