Space Skematics

Space Skematics is located over at 14 Santacruz. We are in the Simandhar Industrial Estate on Dudheshwar Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite near Koldongri. The industrial estate is a busy place with a lot of different small businesses and workshops. Our unit, number 14, is where we do all our work. Santacruz is a good central spot, but Dudheshwar Road can be a bit tricky with the traffic sometimes. We have a decent amount of space in the industrial estate for what we do. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s more of a practical workspace with high ceilings and a lot of tools and materials around. You can hear the sounds of other workshops nearby throughout the day. Simandhar Industrial Estate has been around for a while and it feels like a community of people just getting on with their business. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just have our work benches and our projects. Being near Koldongri means there are plenty of small places to grab a quick tea or some vada pav. It’s a very real, no-nonsense kind of environment. We open the shutters in the morning and get started. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. It’s a honest place for honest work. If you find yourself on Dudheshwar Road, you'll see the estate easily. We have been here for years.
