Our place is situated out on Retibunder Road in Ghodbunder Village. If you’re looking for us, we’re at Survey No 203. It’s a bit of a different vibe out here in Mira compared to the middle of the city. We have more space, which is good because the machines we work with are pretty large. We deal with flexible packaging machinery, so there’s always a lot of assembly going on. The workshop floor is the heart of the place. You’ll hear the sound of drills and the hum of motors most of the day. It gets a bit dusty with the road nearby, but that’s just life in an industrial area. We have a team that knows these machines inside and out. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture or decorations. Our money goes into the tools and the materials we need. Most days involve a lot of standing and checking parts. We take our breaks together, usually talking about the work or whatever else is going on in the village. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve built a reputation by just staying consistent and showing up every morning. The road outside can get backed up with trucks, but we manage.
