Sonagra Hospital

You can find us over at Shiv Plaza on L.B.S. Road in Ghatkopar West. We are located right opposite the Ghatkopar telephone exchange, which is the easiest way to tell people where to go. Sonagra Hospital takes up the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building. Because we are on a main road, there is always a lot of noise from the buses and traffic outside. It can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is busy, which it usually is. We have different rooms and wards spread across the three floors, so the staff is always moving up and down the stairs. It is a busy medical center and the waiting rooms are often full by nine in the morning. We have tiled floors that we mop constantly because so many people walk through every day. The setup is very practical and focused on getting patients the help they need. We don't have any of those fancy modern lounges you see in big cities. It’s just a regular hospital serving the local community here in Ghatkopar. We keep a lot of paper records in the office and the phones are usually ringing off the hook. Most of our doctors have been working in this area for a long time. It’s a lot of work and the days are long, but we just keep at it. People find us because we are in a central spot and they know the telephone exchange landmark well.
