Being located between Goregaon and Thane keeps us on the move quite a bit. Solar Harvest India Pvt. Ltd. is basically our base for managing solar setups. A lot of our time isn't even spent in the office; we’re usually out on rooftops or checking on sites around the district. The sun can be pretty intense when we're up there working, but that’s the whole point of what we do. We have a lot of crates and panels sitting around the Goregaon space, waiting to be loaded onto the trucks. It’s a lot of logistics, really. We spend a lot of time talking to people about how many panels they need and where they can fit them. It isn’t always simple because every building is a bit different. Some days are just spent doing paperwork or following up on shipments that got delayed in the Thane traffic. We aren’t some huge corporation with thousands of employees; we’re just a group of people who know how to handle these systems. Sometimes the rain in this region makes the work difficult, especially when we’re trying to finish an installation before a storm hits. We just try to get the panels up and running so they do their job. It’s honest work, even if it means getting a bit dirty or spending all day in the heat. We just keep going until the project is finished and the customer is happy with the power they're getting after we leave.
