Welspun Renewables

Our office is No. 406 in Hubtown Solaris, which is on Ns Phadke Marg in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know Andheri East is always buzzing and the traffic on Phadke Marg can be pretty intense. Hubtown Solaris is a big commercial building, and we are just one of the many offices inside. At Welspun Renewables, we spend our time working on projects related to green energy. It’s a lot of planning, looking at maps, and dealing with technical data. The office isn't overly decorated. We have maps on the walls and piles of reports on the desks. We don't have a corporate handbook that tells us how to talk to people. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. Being in a place like Solaris means there’s always something happening in the building, and we’re right in the middle of it. We aren't trying to sound like a giant conglomerate. We are just a team of people who think renewable energy is important and we spend our days trying to make those projects happen. We take the train or drive through the Andheri traffic like everyone else. The work is challenging, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t use flashy slogans or empty promises. We just come in every day and do the work that’s in front of us. It is busy, but we like the pace.
