Sohi Salon & Spa

Sohi Salon & Spa is based in Khar West, right in Firdaus Apartment on Dr Ambedkar Road. We have Shop Number 1 on the ground floor, which is quite convenient because you don't have to go looking through the whole building. We are very close to Soni Medical, so that’s the best way to explain our location to anyone new. The area around Ambedkar Road can get really packed with cars and bikes, especially in the evenings. Inside the shop, we have everything split up into a salon area and a spa section. It’s not a huge amount of space, but we’ve made it work over the years. We have a couple of chairs for hair work and some separate rooms for the spa treatments. The air smells like shampoo and sometimes a bit of oil or cream. Most of our regulars are from the nearby houses in Khar. They just drop in for their usual stuff. We don’t use any corporate talk or big promises here. We just show up every morning, sweep the floor, and get to work. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when it’s quiet, but usually, there is someone coming in for a trim or a wash. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on the task we have in front of us. It’s a local neighborhood business and we like keeping it that way for the people around here.
