Amar Fashion salon

Amar Fashion salon is located at Shop 3 on Road Number 1 in Vikhroli West, right in the Park Site area. It’s a local hair shop, nothing too fancy. We have the usual chairs, big mirrors, and the smell of talcum powder and aftershave. I’ve been cutting hair here for a long time, and you get to know everyone's stories after a while. Most of our customers live right around the corner. They come in for a quick trim or a shave on their way home from work. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away. It gets really busy on Sunday mornings when everyone wants to look sharp for the week. We don't have an appointment system or anything like that; you just show up and wait your turn on the bench. Sometimes there's a cricket match on the small TV in the corner and everyone starts arguing about the score. It makes the day go by faster. Vikhroli is a working-class neighborhood, so we keep our prices where they should be. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end salons in the city. We just provide a decent haircut and a bit of conversation. The floor is usually covered in hair by midday, and we sweep it up between customers. It’s a simple life, but it’s honest work and I like seeing the same faces year after year.
