Simran Nidhi Beauty Clinic is a bit different because we don't have one single shop you visit. Instead, we do doorstep services all across Mumbai. This means we spend a lot of time traveling through the city traffic to get to our clients. We carry our supplies and kits from one place to the next. It’s a lot of work lugging everything around on the local trains or in taxis, but it works out. We do things like facials, waxing, and hair treatments right in people's living rooms. It feels more personal that way. We aren't a big salon with marble floors and fancy music. It’s just us providing beauty services where it's convenient for you. We’ve seen almost every part of Mumbai by now. Some days are long and exhausting, especially when the weather is bad and the trains are delayed. But we like the flexibility. People seem to appreciate not having to leave their house for a simple cleanup or a haircut. We just show up, do the job, and move on to the next appointment. It is a simple way of running things. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or friends. We just try to do a decent job so people call us back next time they need something done. It is hard work but it keeps us busy. We enjoy meeting new people in their own homes and hearing their stories.
