You can find us at Softkem Trading Pvt Ltd over in Andheri West. We are based in Zalawad Nagar, specifically at D/211. It’s right off Juhu Lane, which is always packed with cars and people going about their business. Being in Mumbai 58 means we are right in the thick of it. The office is inside the building, so it’s a bit quieter than the street outside once you pull the door shut. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our desks and all the files we have to keep track of. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking about the latest trades we are handling. There is a small window that looks out towards the lane, and sometimes we just watch the rain or the traffic while taking a break. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, one of us goes down to get tea or some snacks for everyone in the afternoon. It’s just how things work here. We know the neighbors in the building and say hi in the elevator. It feels more like a small group of people trying to make things work rather than some big anonymous corporation. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe some notes pinned up. It’s a practical place for practical work in a busy part of town.
