Our shop is at No. 46/364 on 12th Road in Siddharth Nagar. Being in Goregaon West means there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and most of the locals know us by now. The space inside is pretty straightforward, mostly filled with the supplies we need for the day’s work. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high because 12th Road can get really warm in the middle of the day. Most of our time is spent handling orders and talking to people who walk in off the street. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just do what needs to be done. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic in Goregaon, and we just have to sit and wait, maybe have some chai from the stall nearby. It’s a small operation, just a few of us keeping things moving. We handle a bit of everything here, and no two days look exactly the same. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the desk is always buried under notes and receipts, but it’s a place where work actually gets done. We just keep showing up, doing the job, and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the city noise that surrounds us constantly.
