You can find our place at 31-D in the Bhaveshwar Darshan Arcade. We’re located on Carmichael Road in the Cumballa Hill area, right near Shikar Kunj. It’s a pretty quiet part of Mumbai, at least compared to the rest of the city, and we like being tucked away here. We’ve been running things from this little unit for a while now. We aren’t a big chain or a fancy corporate spot. It’s just a few of us in the back making sure everything gets cooked and packed up properly. Most of our orders are for people living nearby or folks who know where to find us in the arcade. We don’t have a big sign out on the main road, so you have to know where you’re going to get to us. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve managed to organize it so we can get things done fast. We don’t use any of those buzzwords or marketing slogans that you see everywhere. We just focus on the grill and making sure the food goes out hot and on time. Some days the arcade is quiet, and other days we can barely keep up with the tickets coming in. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the Cumballa Hill neighborhood. If you’re around Carmichael Road, stop in.
