We’re located over in Vasai East, specifically at Mandan Estate in Maljipada. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s mostly industrial sheds and small factories. Our place is at S.No 59. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here, especially inside the workspace when all the equipment is running. We’ve got a small crew that comes in early every morning to beat the worst of the traffic on the highway. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad if you time it right. The estate itself is pretty lived-in. There are always trucks moving in and out, and there’s usually a bit of dust in the air. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that because most of our time is spent on the floor actually doing the work. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our daily tasks, keep the machines maintained, and make sure orders are packed up correctly. It’s noisy and sometimes messy, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve known the guys in the neighboring units for years. We help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand with something heavy. It's just a regular workplace where people show up, do their shift, and go home to their families.
