Sk International

Sk International is based out of a small room, number 131, in Ambedkar Nagar No.2. It’s right on Kurla Terminus Road in Vidyavihar East. If you know the area, you know it stays quite crowded and there’s always something happening outside. We’ve been working from this spot in Mumbai 400 077 for quite a bit now. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we can handle our business. We do a bit of everything here, mostly dealing with international trade or whatever comes across the desk that day. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that does the trick. Being near the terminus means there’s constant movement and noise. We like the energy of the street. It’s definitely not a fancy glass building, but it works for us. We keep our records in old filing cabinets and try to stay on top of the orders. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat. It’s that kind of place. We don't put on any airs about being a big corporation. We are just Sk International, doing our thing from a room in Ambedkar Nagar. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, other days we are running around trying to fix things. It’s a modest way to run a business, but we prefer it this way because it feels real and honest to us.
