Sir Markisondas Hospital

Sir Markisondas Hospital is situated over at 3/4 Seema Colony on 155 N Dutta Marg. That’s in Andheri West, for those who aren't familiar with the street names. Andheri is always moving, always loud, and we’re right in the middle of it. The hospital isn't a huge skyscraper; it’s just part of the colony there. We see a lot of people from the local apartments and houses nearby. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes in the hallways, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big health corporation. We’re just a group of people working in a building in Andheri West. The paint might be peeling a bit in the corner of the waiting room, and the chairs aren't the newest, but the medical side of things is what matters to us. We just take care of the folks who come in. N Dutta Marg can get quite clogged with cars, so we tell people to give themselves extra time to get here. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, see the patients, and try to make sure everyone is okay. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing things. We’ve been here at Seema Colony for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular hospital doing regular work for the people in Andheri. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is.
