Sion Hospital

Andheri is always a mess with the traffic and the crowds, and our hospital is right there in the thick of it. Finding Sion Hospital here isn't too hard if you know the local landmarks, but the streets are always packed with rickshaws and people rushing to catch the metro. Inside, the air feels a bit different than the street outside, though the noise still leaks in through the windows. We’ve got benches that have seen better days and the floors are worn down from so many people walking on them over the years. It is a functional space above everything else. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or having fancy flowers in the waiting room. There’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of waiting, which is just how these things go. The staff is usually busy running from one floor to the next, especially during the afternoon rush. You see families sitting in the corridors and people sharing news on their phones. It feels like a small village inside a big city sometimes. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can when it gets overwhelming. It’s not a perfect setup but it is what we have and it works for the people who live around Andheri and need us nearby.
