Silvercore Agro Industries Private Limited is over in Tadawale Kasbe in Osmanabad. We are based at House Number 1479. It’s a bit of an industrial setup but still very much connected to the local farms. We wanted to do more than just grow things so we got into the industry side of agro. This means we sometimes have more machines and noise than a regular farm house. The office is right there where the action is. It isn't the cleanest place because there is always dust from the work we do but it’s a working office. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a team of people in ties. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes making sure the machines are running and the products are being packed right. Osmanabad can be quite dry but we've found our way to make things work here in Tadawale Kasbe. We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We just want to do our job well and keep the business going so we can support our families. If you visit us at 413501 you will see a real business at work. No fluff or corporate talk. Just people handling agro products the best way they know how. It’s been a long journey to get this company running and we’re just glad to be here doing it. We hope to stay here in Tadawale Kasbe for many years more, just working the way we always have and seeing what each new season brings us.
