Sika India Private Limited

Sika India Private Limited has an office in Thane, specifically in Kalwa. We are in B-701 of the Chavandai Residency. This building is right opposite Maitri Vatika in Parsik Nagar. It is a decent spot, and being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. Kalwa is a busy part of Thane, and Parsik Nagar has grown a lot over the years. We have been in this residency for some time now. It’s a mix of people living here and a few businesses like ours. Our space is just a regular office setup. We have a few rooms where we handle the administration and the paperwork for the company. It’s not a flashy place, just a functional one. The elevators work most of the time, and we have a routine that we follow every day. Sometimes the traffic near Maitri Vatika gets stuck, but that is just the way it is here. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just provide a base for the business in this part of Maharashtra. We have our files, our computers, and our tea breaks. It is a very normal working environment. People who work here live nearby, so it feels very local. We just focus on the day’s tasks and making sure things are handled properly.
