Sico Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sico House, which is part of the Swastik Component area on Chincholi Bunder Road. Malad West is where we do all our business. It’s a pretty industrial part of the city, so there are always trucks coming and going from the various units. We have our own spot here where we handle the day-to-day operations. It's mostly office work mixed with some warehouse stuff. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers. Usually, if you call, you'll talk to one of the few people who have been here from the start. We spend our time looking over orders and making sure everything is shipped out to the right places. The building itself is sturdy and has seen plenty of years. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but we just take the stairs if we're in a hurry. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate culture thing. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. It gets busy during the middle of the month, but we manage to stay on top of things. Chincholi Bunder Road can get quite packed, so we try to get things started early in the morning to beat the rush. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do their best.
