Shubha Hotel

Our place is in the Tulsi Building, No-446/A/2. We are right on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel. If you are looking for us, we are opposite Shivalay Hall and quite close to the Peninsula Corporate Park. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this part of the city is especially busy. Shubha Hotel is a bit of an older building compared to the glass towers of the corporate park nearby. We have rooms for people who need to stay in the city without spending a fortune. The noise from Senapati Bapat Marg is something you just get used to after a while. We are constantly checking people in and out. The lobby is small and a bit crowded at times. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the cleaning and the front desk. It is hard work keeping up with a hotel in Mumbai. We spend a lot of time fixing leaky taps or changing light bulbs. It is not a luxury stay by any means. It is just a place for people to sleep when they are in Lower Parel for work or family stuff. We try to keep the rooms as tidy as we can. Being near Shivalay Hall means we sometimes get guests who are attending functions there. It is just a regular hotel life in a very crowded city. We just stay here and manage the daily arrivals.
