You can find us at Office No 111 in the New Dobhi Ghat area of Cuffe Parade. We’re situated on J C Road, not far from Rajat Society, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. Our office is small and tucked away, the kind of place you might miss if you aren't looking for the sign. We provide various services, and that means our day is never really the same twice. One morning we might be dealing with maintenance issues and the next we’re helping someone with their paperwork. It’s a bit of a mix, and our desk is usually covered in tools, forms, and half-empty cups of tea. Being in Cuffe Parade means we see a lot of different people, from residents of the nearby societies to folks just passing through on J C Road. We don’t have a big mission statement or any fancy promises to make. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see what needs doing. The building itself is older, and sometimes we have to deal with a leaky ceiling or a flickering light, but it adds to the character of the place. We’ve stayed in this spot for a long time because the community knows us and knows where to find us when they need a hand. It’s just a plain, honest workspace where we try to be useful to the people who live and work in this part of the city.
