Shri Sai Surgicals

We are based in Ghatkopar West, right in the Prakash Nagar Society. Specifically, we’re in Vikram Apartment, which is at number 7. If you’re looking for the landmark, we are directly opposite the Bajaj Showroom. Shri Sai Surgicals is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a ground-floor spot, so it’s easy to step in and out. We deal with surgical supplies and equipment here every day. The shelves are usually packed with boxes, and we try our best to keep track of everything. Ghatkopar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Sometimes the parking out front is a bit of a nightmare because of the showroom across the way. Inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are just faster. It’s a small team, and we all know what needs to be done when the orders come in. We don't have a big waiting room or anything. It's more of a functional space for moving stock. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who need them without making a big deal out of it. We take our tea breaks around four o'clock most afternoons.
