Shreyas Engineers & Contractors

Our office is over in Tandon Chawl, right near Tank Road in Jawalkar Nagar. It's a small place, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center. We’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time now. Being engineers and contractors means we are usually out at construction sites more than we are sitting at our desks. The chawl area is always active, and there's a certain rhythm to life here that we've grown used to. We deal with various construction projects and small-scale engineering works. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical drawings spread out on old wooden tables. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, especially with the roads around here getting muddy and hard to navigate. We take on jobs that come our way, mostly through word of mouth from people who know us. It's not about being the biggest company in the world. It's about finishing the work we started and making sure it stands up. We have a small crew, just a few guys who have been with us for years. They know how we work and we know them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us at our address when they need something built or fixed. It's a straightforward way of doing business. We handle the tools, the materials, and the laborers. Tank Road is where we start our day before heading out to wherever the project is. It's just us, working hard in a busy part of town.
