Our place is situated in Bhandup West, specifically in the Bhandup Industrial Estate inside Panalal Compound. If you have ever driven down L.B.S. Marg, you know it is a long, busy stretch of road that never seems to quiet down. We are at unit 5015. Shreya Labels & Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is where we spend our ten or twelve hours a day. The compound is huge, and it can be a bit of a maze if you are visiting for the first time. We have labels of all shapes and sizes everywhere you look. It is a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, but that is part of being in an industrial area. We don't have any big signs or flashy entrances. It is just a door and then a lot of activity inside. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We see the same faces every day at the gate. The work is steady and keeps us busy. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the rain leaks a little near the back, but we just fix it and move on. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't spend time on fancy meetings; we just focus on the rolls of labels and the machinery we have running. It is honest work in a part of the city that is built on small industries like ours. It gets noisy with the traffic on LBS Marg, but you get used to it eventually.
