Shreeji Electronics

Shreeji Electronics is tucked away in the Dadar West Industrial Estate, specifically over at Ganesh Nagar 20. If you know the area, you know it is always packed with people and small businesses doing their own thing. Our shop is just one of many in this block. We have stacks of components and old television sets or radios waiting for attention. It is a bit cluttered, to be honest. There is a specific smell of solder and warm dust that never really leaves the room. We start early because the traffic in Dadar gets bad later on. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench with a magnifying glass or a multimeter. People from around Ganesh Nagar come in with all sorts of broken gadgets. Sometimes we can fix them right away, and other times they sit on the shelf for a week. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. The industrial estate has seen better days, but it works for us. We have our regulars who drop by just to chat while we work on a circuit board. It is a simple setup without any fancy displays or bright lights. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the coffee from spilling on the schematics. It is just a living for us.
