We operate out of Masjid Bunder West, specifically on Ambika Niketan Road. Our office is upstairs, numbers 349 And 353 on the 4th floor. It’s an old building, but it works for us. Working with chemicals means a lot of paperwork and making sure everything is handled right. Downstairs, the streets are always packed with carts and people moving goods, which is just typical for this part of the city. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to suppliers on the phone. It can get pretty loud outside with all the shouting and horns, but we’re used to it by now. The stairs up to the 4th floor are a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes during the monsoon. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team just keeping track of orders and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Every day is mostly the same—checking lists, making calls, and keeping the files in order. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s important to the people who rely on these materials. We’ve been in this office for quite some time. It feels like home even with all the dust and the constant noise from the road below. We know the other office folks in the building and often chat while waiting for the lift. Sometimes we stay late when the shipments are delayed, just watching the street lights come on down on Ambika Niketan Road.
