Shree Ramdev Collection

Shree Ramdev Collection is our little shop located at Colaba Po 1. We’ve been here for a good while now, selling all sorts of clothes and daily wear items. It’s not a big fancy showroom like the ones you see in the malls, but we keep it tidy enough. Most of the time, it's just me and one other person sitting behind the counter. We have shelves that go up high, packed with shirts, trousers, and some traditional wear too. People living nearby usually stop in when they need something quick for a wedding or just for work. Colaba is always a bit hectic with all the tourists and the locals going about their business, and our shop is right in the middle of it. Sometimes the bell on the door rings all day, and other times we just sit and watch the traffic go by outside. The light in here is a bit yellow, and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool. We don't have a big marketing plan or a website with shiny pictures. We just know what our customers like and we try to keep those things in stock. If we don’t have something, we try to get it in by the next week. It’s a simple way of doing things. We’ve grown to know the families around here, seeing the kids grow up and come in for their own clothes now. It's just a regular local business trying to stay busy.
