Shree Neelkanth Traders

We are Shree Neelkanth Traders and we run things out of 8B-5/5 in the Avanti Apartments. We are located in Jain Nagar over in the Sion area. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is quite different from being in a big commercial park or something like that. We use this space to manage our daily trading business and it works out well for us. There are always kids playing outside or neighbors chatting in the hallway, which makes it feel very much like a community. The apartment is on the fifth floor so we have a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in Sion. We have set up our desks and shelves in a way that makes sense for the items we handle. It is not a very big office but we make it work by staying organized. Usually, the morning is the busiest time for us when we are checking orders and talking to people on the phone. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you are basically walking into our workspace. It is a practical arrangement and it keeps our costs down which is good for everyone. Living and working in the same general area like this has its perks. We have been here for a good bit now and know the local shops well.
