We’ve been at 14 Ganga Building on Topiwala Lane for a while now. If you know Lamington Road, you know it’s always busy and a bit loud outside. We handle imports here in Mumbai. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Most days are spent talking to suppliers and trying to get things cleared on time. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the lane gets packed with traffic. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but that’s just how it is around here. We deal with various goods coming in from different places. It’s mostly just us making sure the boxes get where they need to go without too much trouble. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who have been doing this for years. If you’re looking for us, the lane can be tricky to find if you haven’t been here before. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some shops close, others open, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It's just a simple business in a busy city. We take our tea breaks when we can and get back to the files. That’s how we’ve always done it.
