We are based over in Malad East, specifically in the Seva Nagar area near Shantaram Pada. Our place is quite close to Natubhai Circle and not too far from the Western Express Highway, which makes it handy for people traveling through. It’s a very local neighborhood, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. The shop itself is a bit of a humble setup. We have our printing machines in the back and a small counter up front where we talk to customers. Sometimes the machines act up, so you might find us with ink on our hands trying to fix a paper jam. It’s just the way things go when you’re working with older equipment. We handle a lot of small jobs for the people living in the padas nearby, like printing out forms or flyers. The area around Natubhai Circle is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team, just a few of us trying to do the work right. The shop can get a bit stuffy during the monsoon when we have to keep the plastic sheets down to protect the paper from the dampness. We’ve been here for a long time and the locals know us well. If you’re coming from the highway, it’s just a short trip inside to find us. We keep pretty regular hours, though we might stay late if there’s a big pile of work to finish. It’s just how we get by.
