Shree Chem - Global

We are located at B-2 in Queens Park, right on Juhu Road in Santacruz West. It is a pretty nice area to be in, though the traffic on Juhu Road can be absolutely terrible during the rush hour. We are close to the water, but we do not really get to see it much from inside the office. The building is more like a residential block, so it has a bit of a homey feel compared to those big glass towers in the city. We do global chemical work from here, which mostly involves a lot of time spent on computers and talking to people in different time zones. Our office is filled with samples and thick folders of data sheets. It is a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we managed to fit all the desks in. We have a small area for making coffee, which gets a lot of use in the afternoons. Sometimes we walk down the street to get some fresh air, but mostly we are stuck to our chairs handling the logistics of moving chemicals around the world. It is a lot of coordinating and making sure the regulations are met, which is not very exciting but it has to be done. We have been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors know us. It is just a regular, hard-working office in a busy part of Mumbai.
