Shree Banquet

You can find Shree Banquet inside the Goan Institute Building at 376/378 Kalbadevi Reay Road. This part of Mumbai, the 400002 area, is very old and has a lot of history. The building itself has been around for a long time. Our banquet space is used for all kinds of local events. We aren't a five-star hotel, and we don't try to act like one. It’s a practical space for people who need a place to gather. Whether it’s a small community meeting or a family function, we provide the room and the basic furniture. Kalbadevi is a very narrow and crowded area, so it’s always lively outside. Once you step inside the Goan Institute Building, it feels a bit more tucked away from the noise. We’ve kept the hall simple. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just make sure the space is clean and ready for use. A lot of the people who use the hall are from the nearby streets. They like it because it’s close to home and they know the building. We handle the bookings ourselves. It’s a straightforward process without any complicated contracts or corporate nonsense. We’ve had many different groups use the hall over the years. It’s a bit of an older style place, which fits the neighborhood well. We just provide the space, and people bring their own life and energy to it. It has been a pleasure being part of this old building.
