We are located at Shop No. 36 in the Municipal Market in Bandra East. It is a very busy spot because we are situated right opposite the RNA Corporate Park and the Bandra Government Colony. Plus, having the Collector Office and Guru Nanak Hospital so close by means there is always a crowd of people passing by. Our shop is small, but every single inch of wall space is covered with medicine racks from top to bottom. We have to stay very organized because when someone comes in with a prescription from the hospital, they usually need it right away. It is a very fast-paced environment most days. You see all kinds of people here, from government workers in their uniforms to families visiting patients at the hospital. We have been in this market for a long time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers by name. The atmosphere is loud and hectic, especially in the mornings when the market is full of people buying their groceries and supplies. We don't have time for fancy decorations or marketing; we just focus on making sure the medicines are in stock and the fridge is running properly for the insulin and other items. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the number of people waiting at the counter, but we just take it one person at a time. It is a vital part of the neighborhood, and we take the work seriously, even if the shop looks a bit cluttered to an outsider.
