Shivshakti Transport Services

Our office is in the Arihant Complex. It’s tucked away in Vaibhav Nagar over in Govandi. It’s a pretty busy spot with lots of trucks and movement around. Shivshakti Transport Services has been operating out of here for some time now. The complex is mostly other businesses, so there is always a lot of noise and activity. We have a small desk and some files, mostly keeping track of where things are going. It’s not a glamorous place. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. Govandi is a tough area sometimes, but it’s where we belong. We know the drivers and the people around Vaibhav Nagar. There’s a lot of logistics to handle every day. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We just sit here and manage the schedules. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they see our name at Arihant Complex or know us from the neighborhood. We just try to keep the transport moving without too many headaches. It’s a lot of coordination and talking on the phone. We’ve got a routine down now. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city, really. We stay until the last truck is sorted.
