You can find us at No. 12 in the Viravani Industrial Estate. It’s right in Goregaon East, which as everyone knows, can get really crowded with traffic. We’ve been operating Shivkumar & Co. out of this unit for quite a while now. The estate is always buzzing with other businesses, so there is never a quiet moment. We deal with various goods and the warehouse is usually packed to the ceiling. Finding things can be a bit of a challenge if you don't know the layout, but we have a system that works for us. We don't have a website that does much, as most people just call us or stop by the office. It’s a bit of an older building, so we’re always fixing a leaky tap or a creaky door. The guys on the floor are hard workers and they know the stock inside out. We have a small desk near the front where we handle the billing and the paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. Most of our customers are locals who have been buying from us for a decade or more. We like having those regulars because they keep the business steady. It’s just a regular local shop trying to do things right every day for everyone who stops by.
