Our business is located at No 56 in the Vijay Nagar area of Gondia, right on Balaghat Road. We have a post box for our mail because we’ve found that’s the most reliable way to get things delivered here. The facility we work out of is an older building that has seen a lot of use over the years. We handle shellac and various chemicals, which means the floors often have a bit of a shine or a sticky patch here and there. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your best clothes, but it’s a place where real work happens. We start our mornings by checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be shipped out. Balaghat Road is a main route, so we see a lot of trucks and people passing by all day long. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around, we just want to keep our regulars happy and keep the business running smoothly. There’s a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but we just sweep it out and keep going. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. It’s a quiet kind of rhythm we have here. We just do our thing, pack the goods, and make sure the logs are updated before we head home for the evening.
