Shiv Shakti Transport Corporation is based on the second floor of a building in Vile Parle East, specifically at 202. It’s a simple office where we handle all the logistics and moving work. Most of our day is spent on the phone, talking to drivers and making sure the trucks are on the right route. It’s not an easy job because things like traffic and bad weather always seem to get in the way. We started this business because we knew how to move goods from one place to another without a lot of fuss. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the business well. The office is often a bit messy with logs and trip sheets piled up on the desks. We try to be as honest as possible with the people who trust us with their cargo. If there’s going to be a delay, we just tell them straight. Vile Parle is a central place to work from, even if the building is a bit old. Most of our customers have been with us for a long time, and we mostly get new work through people talking about us to their friends. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on getting the job done. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit long at the end of a tiring day, but we are always here during the day to answer any questions people have about their shipments.
