Shiv Sai Chinese Corner

We are located in the Mt Mill Compound, in the Om Building on the ground floor. It’s right in Tardeo, which is a busy part of Mumbai. Being a Chinese corner means we do things a bit differently than the usual veg places around here. We have big woks and high flames in the back. The smell of garlic and soy sauce is always around the entrance. It’s a small space, so it can get pretty hot and loud when we are busy. We don't have fancy decorations, just some posters and basic chairs for people to use. People usually come here for a quick bite or take things to go. Tardeo is always moving, so we have to move fast too. We see a lot of delivery drivers waiting around and people stopping by after their work shifts. It’s not a quiet place for a long talk, it’s more for getting your food and getting on with your day. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and we know most of the people who work nearby. Running a food stall in Mumbai is tough with the limited space and the heat, but we keep at it. We don't have any big advertisements, just the food we cook every day. It’s a simple, local business in the middle of a very crowded city. We just keep the burners going and wait for the next order to come through.
