Our business is based in Fulchand Niwas, which is a building located right across from the Tilak Statue in the Chowpatty area. It is a very well-known spot because of the beach and the crowds that gather there. We are situated up on the third floor of the building. It is an older structure on Dr. Purendare Marg, but we have made our office space quite functional over the years. There is a famous Cream Centre restaurant right downstairs that almost everyone knows. We mostly deal with gold exports, so we do not usually have people just walking in from the street to browse like they would in a shop. Most of our work day is spent on the phone or dealing with the various shipping documents and paperwork required for gold. It is a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but the location is great. You can sometimes catch a glimpse of the ocean if you are standing in the right spot at the right time of day. We have been at this location for a long time. It is a busy part of town with all the traffic coming off Marine Drive, but inside our office, it stays quiet enough for us to focus. We do not have any fancy furniture or expensive decorations. It is just a simple place where we come to do our work. We are a small team and have worked together for a long time.
