Our space is at Plot No. 1 A/B in the Rushabh Chambers on Makwana Road. Being in Marol, Andheri East, means it is always incredibly busy outside. The planes flying into the airport are so low you can almost count the windows. We work out of a few rooms that are filled with desks and stacks of paper. It is a bit of a maze in here sometimes. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly coordinating between different people and making sure the schedules are right. The elevator in this building is a bit slow and temperamental, so most of us just take the stairs to the office. It is a very industrial area, so there isn't much greenery around, just a lot of concrete and other businesses. We usually eat our lunch together at a big table in the back room while we talk about the cricket scores. We are not a corporate giant with a thousand employees. We are just a dedicated team trying to make things work in a crowded city. The phones never seem to stop ringing, and there is always someone coming in with a delivery or a question. By the time the sun goes down, we are usually pretty tired, but we get it all done and come back to do it again the next morning.
