You can find Sheetal Bukhara Restaurant & Bar in Khar West, Mumbai. We are located just off Link Road, right near the Royal Inn and across from the Khar Telephone Exchange. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Khar can get. It’s a constant stream of cars, rickshaws, and people walking by. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We run both a restaurant and a bar, so our hours are pretty long. We start getting things ready in the morning and don’t really stop until late at night. The Link Road area is always noisy, and we just kind of blend into that energy. Inside, it’s a bit of a different world, just a place for people to sit down and have a drink or a meal after dealing with the Mumbai traffic. We don't have a huge staff, so we all chip in with everything from cleaning tables to helping out in the kitchen. It’s a lot of hard work, and some days it feels like we’re just trying to keep our heads above water with how fast things move in Mumbai. We just keep the doors open and the food coming out. Most of our regulars are people who live or work right here in Khar West, and we just do our best to stay on top of the routine.
